6. Operation Midnight Climax
Operation Midnight Climax was done by the CIA in the United States from the early 1950’s to 1965. In this experiment, prostitutes working for the CIA would drug civilians with LSD and bring them into a safe-house. The subjects were then locked in the safe-house, and began experiencing psychosis due to the LSD. The crazy part is, the purpose of this experiment was mind control.
