Sometimes, the body needs to feel exhausted before it decides to end the day with a goodnight sleep. Although this may not apply to everyone, many proved that this does an effective practice while experiencing sleep disorder problems. Due to this, some struggling sleepers find ways to tire themselves out so that the body will just lay down after spending every ounce of their energy.

Get up and do something for ten minutes. Physical activities can knock you down afterward. Just make sure you keep enough strength to bathe or change clothes before your beauty sleep. Playing a repetitive game will tire your eyes, and you’ll eventually feel sleepy. Although unhealthy, some people still do it for the sake of sleep.
