#3 – Eat Moderately At Night
Eating a full meal at night gives you a heavy stomach, and this makes sleeping harder. As much as possible, do not eat at night. But if you feel hunger and sleeping time is still hours away, you can take a few healthy and light snacks such as wheat crackers, milk, fruits, and a slice of cheese.
Take note that eating late at night makes digestion slower than eating at day. Apart from troubles with trying to put yourself to sleep, munching on high-calorie snacks in the evening may result to build up of fats, increased blood sugar, and obesity.
