1. Dizziness
Normally difficulty in sitting, standing and balancing while walking is observed with most of the people having stroke. In some cases people start feeling that they have lost equilibrium or the world is spinning around them due to increased severity of the loss of balance. They start feeling nauseous or tendency of vomiting due to severs dizziness. It is sometimes misdiagnosed as they experience dizziness severely for a short span of time. Sometimes it becomes hard to recognize upcoming stroke only with dizziness due to lack of other symptoms. So dizziness should not be ignored in any condition.
