1. Pain in the pelvis
Pelvic pain and cramps may be normal in women, especially during the course of menstruation. However, a step must be taken if the pain is prolonged and is more severe than usual. If you notice the pain coming at particularly strange points in time, like after the menstrual cycle has passed, then a visit to the doctor could be helpful for figuring out whether or not the pain is due to cervical cancer.
