10. Jaywalking.
Whether one knows it or not, jaywalking is one of the most common crimes in the united states, it occurs when an individual crosses a street at any point besides a crosswalk. this includes children playing in the neighborhood, running across the street to see a neighbor, or for any other reason. However, luckily for most citizens, this law is not heavily enforced so most people will not see the repercussions of committing the crime of jaywalking.
